Testing & Inspection
We carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords, homebuyers and businesses. A valid EICR is a legal requirement for rental properties and is increasingly requested by insurers.
Reports are produced promptly and we can carry out any remedial work identified.
An EICR assesses the condition of all fixed wiring, sockets, consumer units and earthing arrangements. We test to the latest BS 7671 standards and provide a clear, easy-to-understand report with a satisfactory or unsatisfactory rating.
If the report identifies any remedial work, from minor observations to urgent defects, we can carry out all required repairs and issue a completion certificate, giving you full peace of mind.
